What
is expected of me as an Expert?

• Experts commit to providing a
  minimum of one (1) blog entry per month and one (1) tele-seminar or
  internet based class free of charge to our Gold Club Members. 
  

Are
there any fees involved?

• The only fee we charge is a
  onetime activation fee of $39.00.

What
all do I need to do to get started as an Expert?

1. Subscribe to the site as an Expert
   by paying the activation fee.


2. Create your Expert Profile.
   


3. Create a Group to promote
   yourself. 


4. Enter your class into the Events
   Calendar.


5. Enter your class information into
   the Events Calendar in your Group. 

Am
I automatically approved as an Expert?  

• No, all Expert profiles and
  classes are reviewed when you sign up.  If you are not
  approved, your activation fee will be refunded to you. 
  

Why
do I need to put my class information on the site Events calendar as
well as my Group Events calendar?

• The general Events calendar is
  used to help guests or free members see what is available so they
  can see the value in joining. 


• Your Group is the place where you
  post detailed information on your classes, how to access them, and
  any links or phone numbers needed for the classes.

What
do I use to teach my classes?

• Experts are able to use whatever
  format they feel the most comfortable with.  We do not specify
  any specific service or platform.  We are happy to suggest
  possible tools however and you can read about them
  
  here.

How
do members find out about my classes?

• Experts need to schedule their
  classes in advance in our Events Calendar.  It is advised that
  you post information about your class the month before the class
  date. 

I'm
not a formal type of teacher.  Is there anything I can do other
than teach a class? 

• Yes!  We realize that not
  every service is conducive to the average teaching format.  We
  invite you to be fun and creative in how you deliver your
  information.  You can have a Round Table discussion where you
  answer questions about what you do or even hold a Virtual Home Party
  to showcase what you do or sell.

What
is a Virtual Home Party?

• Virtual Home Parties are designed
  for professionals who have products to sell that normally are
  presented in a home setting.  Examples would be Tupperware,
  Silpada, or Tastefully Simple. 

I
see there is a section called "Market Place".  What is that and can
I promote my services or products there? 

• As an Expert you are allowed to
  promote your products and services on your profile, in your group,
  or on forums. 


• Items are accepted for inclusion
  in the Market Place that are connected with an affiliate program. 
  We utilize Plimus and you are free read more about that on the
  
  Affiliate Program page. 
  

I
see that some Experts have phone buttons in their profiles.  What
is that and how do I get one? 

• Experts are given an opportunity
  to sign up and use our site phone and text chat system to increase
  their availability to community members.  The phone and text
  chat systems are owned by us and are managed by Click4Advisor.

Do
you have a list of tools that are available to Experts?

• Once you sign up as an Expert you
  will be invited to our Experts only group.  This group is
  designed to be a place where Experts can support each other and can
  provide helpful information or tips.
