I have embraced the second half of my life and brought together all my experiences into my passion today of Expressing Your Essence. I am an abstract artist working with the vibrational relationship of color and design elements. I am a Certified Relationship Coach, Certified Performance Coach, Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic programming and the founder of Express Your Essence LLC; the creator of Express Your Essence, Dress Your Spirit; The Closet Challenge; and currently writing my book "Express Your Essence, Heal Your Heart".

For the past 26 years, I have served as the Vice President of KRN Aviation Services, which assisted me in developing my intuitive sense of helping others. I have spent many years developing my intuition work through an array classes, hands on experience and Certifications.

My passion, love and understanding of people who are on their journey of personal growth is where my heart will always be.

I am an Essence Coach, my passion is inspiring awareness and opening a path to expressing the spirit on the outside. I do this by identifying your own unique Essence and teaching what your uniqueness looks like in terms of color and design elements. Then we have fun exploring how to use this information when choosing which clothes to wear and why. Creating your own authentic style that aligns with your spirit!
